So almost every young person has smoked weed or know of someone that does. Does weed really harm my body and is it a sin? What are your thoughts on this?

Contrary to what most people think marajuana has many negative effects. It slows reaction time and causes people to have a distorted sense of time. When people are addicted, they have depression, anxiety, and mood swings without it. God created many things on this earth to be used properly. For example, God made poison ivy, but we don't rub it on our skin. Why? Because it is harmful, and will cause us to break out into a rash. The same for marijuana. It is harmful to us. Anything that God created that we use for our own personal pleasure instead of its intended purpose, and take away glory from Him, is a sin.
